The company formally established July 16 as National Chicken Salad Day in 2026, which is a piece of marketing but comes with an actual giveaway attached. Rewards members get a free scoop of any flavor, claimed through the app and redeemable for up to thirty days afterwards — so you do not have to go on the day itself.
That thirty-day window is the useful detail. It means you can claim it on the 16th and use it on a day when the restaurant is not heaving. Free brand stickers are also given out in store while supplies last.
