The Chicken Salad Chick app
The official app handles ordering for pickup, delivery and catering, and it is also how the Craving Credits loyalty programme works — you scan receipts or identify yourself at the register to accumulate points. It also carries nutrition information, which is worth knowing if you want figures more authoritative than any third-party site can offer.
One honest caveat: app users have reported recurring problems with points tracking and reward redemption. Keep your receipts until points post. If they do not appear, the receipt is what gets it fixed.
DoorDash, Grubhub and the markup
Both platforms carry Chicken Salad Chick nationally. The economics are the same as with most restaurant brands on delivery apps: the restaurant lists items above board price to offset commission, and then fees stack on top.
Concretely, a $10.29 Scoop Meal can reach $14–$16 delivered once markup, delivery fee, service fee and tip are counted. That is not a criticism of the platforms — it is what convenience costs — but it is worth knowing rather than discovering at checkout. Uber Eats coverage is claimed by some sites but we could not independently verify it, so we are not listing it as confirmed.
Curbside and drive-thru

Yes. Delivery is available through the Chicken Salad Chick app, the official website, and third-party partners including DoorDash and Grubhub. Not every location offers every route — delivery radius and partner coverage are set locally.
Is it cheaper to order direct or through DoorDash?
Direct, clearly. Third-party apps list this brand's items at roughly 15–25% above the in-store menu board before you add delivery fees, service fees and tip. Orders through those apps also generally do not earn Craving Credits points. If you can collect, ordering through the official app for pickup is the cheapest route by a wide margin.
Does Chicken Salad Chick have a drive-thru?
Some locations do, most do not. Drive-thrus appear mainly on newer purpose-built restaurants rather than the older strip-mall units that make up much of the estate. It is not a chain-wide feature, so do not plan a journey around it — check your specific restaurant.
